Mikaela Mosley is a production designer, art director & artist known for her allegorical manipulations of light and form. With her playful use of color, shapes and diverse subjects she aims to better portray people of color, displaying their variety and beauty as well as their creativity and complexities. She is passionate about diverse storytelling and uses her background in the visual arts to create content that encourages change. Her work has premiered at various film festivals including Cannes Film Festival and Martha’s Vineyard African-American Film Festival. Mosley received her B.A. in Media, Journalism & Film Studies from Howard University and her M.F.A in Production Design at the American Film Institute.
